Apple Knocker

What you'll need:

- 1/2 - 3/4 oz. Calvados

- 1/2 -3/4 oz. Spiced Rum

- 1/2 oz. Fire Ball Cinnamon Whisky

- 1 oz. Criollo Salted Caramel Liqueur

- 1 oz. Orgeat Syrup ( I used my own Pistachio Orgeat Syrup. Check out my video)

- Juice from ½ a lemon

- 3 oz. of apple sauce

 

Directions:

1. In a shaker glass with ice combine all the ingredients and shake em up.

2. Double strain into a cocktail glass. I garnished mine with an apple slice dipped in caramel and crushed pistachios.
