Pink Lady
What you'll need:
- 1/2 oz. Gin
- 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
(or Calvados)
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Grenadine
- 1 egg white (optional)
Directions:
1. In a a shaker glass filled with ice add all ingredients and shake it up real good. Serve in a chilled glass.
Tip: You'll want to double strain the mixture so you don't get any egg in it. The egg is only meant to add froth.
* This is the recipe for a CLASSIC Pink Lady. Nowadays in bars it's more than likely made with only Gin, Cream and Grenadine. Cheers!
