What you'll need:
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
- 1.5 - 2 oz. Bourbon (I recommend Maker's Mark)
- Garnish with grapefruit rind and some sage if ya like
Directions:
1. Juice your grapefruit. You'll want 1 oz. of juice.
2. In a shaker glass combine your grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and Bourbon.
3. Add some ice to the shaker glass and shake it up!
4. Strain into your glass and enjoy.
