What you'll need:
- 2 oz. Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
- Juice from half a lime
- 2 oz. Coconut Milk
- 1 oz. Half & Half
- 1/2 -3/4 oz. Simple Syrup (see my Simple Syrup video and DIY)
- Garnish with pineapple and a cherry. Add an umbrella if ya got one.
Directions:
1. In a shaker glass combine all the ingredients. Add some ice and give it a good shake.
2. Strain into a 14 oz. glass and garnish with some fresh pineapple and cherry.
