The Godfather​

What you'll need:

 

- 2 oz. Scotch Whisky

- 1/2 - 1/4oz. Amaretto 

(Usually it's equal portions of Amaretto and the Scotch Whisky but I find it too sweet)

- Peel of an orange for garnish.

Directions:

​

1. In a shaker glass with ice combine the booze and give it a gentle stir.

​

2. Strain into a rock glass full of ice. Rim the glass with the orange peel and then toss it in.

​
