Mai Tai

What you'll need:

- Amber Aged Rum

- Cointreau

- Orgeat Syrup

- Gum Syrup

- 1 Lime (or 2 if you want to use for garnishing)

- Mint (Optional)



In a shaker glass filled with ice combine:

- 2 oz Amber Aged Rum

- 1/2 oz of Cointreau (I like to add a little more)

- 1/2 oz of Orgeat Syrup 

- 1/4 oz of Gum Syrup 

- lime juice from 1 lime


Shake it all up and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and some fresh mint.
