Sweet & Sour Mix

 

What you'll need:

- Lemons/Limes ( I usually use 3 lemons and 4 limes)

- Simple Syrup (I've got a recipe for that too!)
- Egg white (optional)

 

Directions:

Combine:

- 1 cup of lemon/lime juice ​(you can choose one or the other but I like to mix the two)

- Add 1 cup of Simple Syrup (check out the Simple Syrup recipe under the

 'Drink Recipes' tab)

- Bottle it!

 

Tip: If you like your mix frothy add 1 egg white and shake it up.
